Depending on how you contact us, we may process your name, phone number, email address, location or a description of the vehicle or load, and the content of the message or call needed to arrange the service.

When you visit the site, ordinary request data (for example IP address, browser type, page opened, time of visit) may be processed to the extent described below for hosting and analytics.

The site has no contact form. If you call or email us, we process personal data to reply, arrange and perform towing, roadside assistance or transport, and to keep a record of business communication.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request before a contract, or performance of a contract) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in orderly business and evidence of agreements).

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal duties (for example accounting), then delete or anonymise it.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These tools do not set cookies in your browser. Visitors are counted with a daily hash derived from the request, not used to track you across days or other sites.

The purpose is to understand traffic and technical performance (pages viewed, basic device/browser, Core Web Vitals). The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the site).

The provider is Vercel Inc. (USA). Transfers outside the EEA rely on the safeguards described in Vercel's terms and privacy documentation.

The footer offers a Google map. The map does not load automatically. It loads only after you click the button to show the map.

After loading, Google may set its own cookies and process data under its privacy policy. If you do not load the map, that processing is not started by our page.

A link to our Google Business profile and directions is available without loading the embedded map.

The site itself does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Vercel Analytics runs without cookies.

Necessary browser or HTTPS session mechanisms may exist independently of us. Google cookies may appear only if you load the interactive map.

There is therefore no cookie banner: no non-essential cookies are set before you act. If we later add Google Analytics, ad pixels or similar tools, we will add a notice and consent as required.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors that provide infrastructure (hosting and analytics: Vercel) and, if you load the map, with Google.

Where needed for the job (for example cargo insurer, field partner), we share only what is required to perform the service, with appropriate protection.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest, as provided by the GDPR.
